Sajoer beans

Ingredients:

250 gr green beans

150 ml cocos milk

100 ml vegetable stock

1 onion diced

1 clove garlic

0.5 tsp fresh ginger root minced

1 tsp sambal

2.5 tsp ketjap manis

Instructions:

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion with the minced garlic for 2 or 3 minutes.

Add the minced ginger and ketjap manis and fry for another minute.

Add the cocos milk, vegetable stock and the beans.

Bring to boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
